Policy

BLUF wants you to be completely happy with all of your purchased items. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your item(s) purchased please contact us first so that the issue may be resolved.  If the item needs to be returned the return item must be unworn and in the original sealed packaging.  Due to sanitary reasons and health restrictions earrings and any other jewelry item(s) that penetrates the body will NOT be returnable. Clearance, sale, final sale, and items priced under $5 are not eligible for return. BLUF reserves the right to request pictures for claims of damage, manufacture defect, or wrong items sent.

Instructions

Prior to returning items please contact BLUF jewelry via email notification and wait for a follow up email for verification of request. In your return request please include name, address item shipped, order number, original date of purchase, and reason for return.

Rules

BLUFjewelry.com must be notified of a request for a refund or return within 10 days of the date of delivery. Anything outside of the 10 day policy will be forfeited. Items will not be allowed for return or refund outside of 30 days of the original purchase date. Acceptable returns vary from product to product.  Return items will be refunded for original amount paid less discounts shipping and handling unless otherwise stated. If a free gift was included during your transaction, please include the free item with your return item. If the free item is not included with the original return the retail price of the free item will be deducted from the original amount paid less discounts, shipping and handling. 

BLUF jewelry has the right to refuse a return or refund at the any point. Exchanges will not be made.

Shipping

Shipping will only be prepaid via United States Postal Service (USPS) if there was a mistake with the order or the item was damaged without damage to the original packing. Keep the tracking number that is provided on the return label for tracking purposes of the shipped item(s).
